Position Mission

 

To perform high-quality building restoration work, including deck coatings, waterproofing, concrete repair, stucco repair, and related restoration services while maintaining a safe work environment and representing C/Sharpe professionally through teamwork, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Attendance & Reliability

·         Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts, job assignments,

and meetings.

·         Respond to schedule changes and requests within established timeframes.

·         Complete assigned work orders each day while adhering to company scheduling

expectations.

·         Achieve a 98%+ first-time completion rate with minimal callbacks or rework due to

workmanship.

 What You’ll Be Doing

·         Perform building restoration work including deck coatings, waterproofing, concrete repair,

stucco repair, sealants, surface preparation, and other assigned restoration services.

·         Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment necessary to complete assigned work.

·         Adhere to all company safety policies and jobsite safety protocols.

·         Wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

·         Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

·         Assist with training and supporting coworkers as assigned.

·         Obtain and maintain company-required certifications applicable to assigned work.

·         Report to assigned job sites as scheduled and maintain punctual attendance.

Required Qualifications

·         Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

·         Ability to work overtime, weekends, or travel as business needs require.

·         Must maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) in

accordance with company insurance requirements.

Physical Requirements

·         Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

·         Operate hand and power tools in a variety of positions, including overhead.

·         Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements

throughout the workday.

·         Work from ladders, scaffolds, swing stages, or other elevated work platforms at varying heights,

sometimes exceeding 200 feet as required by assigned projects.

·         Wear required fall protection equipment and respirators when necessary.

Work Environment

This position regularly works outdoors and may be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, cold, and direct sunlight. Employees may also be exposed to dust, noise, vibration, construction materials, chemicals, uneven terrain, and active construction sites.
