This is a versatile, hands-on role covering multiple areas of warehouse and logistics operations, including sorting, dispatching, dock operations, and basic equipment maintenance.

All positions are shift-based, and candidates should be open to flexible scheduling, including night shifts (night shift bonus provided).

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Sorting Operations
  • Sort packages by zip code for efficient delivery
  • Train and supervise temporary workers during sorting
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct stock checks
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and OSHA compliance
  • Follow FIFO and proper staging procedures
  • Dock & Warehouse Operations
  • Manage dock loading/unloading and staging areas
  • Oversee forklift usage and ensure safe operations
  • Coordinate staffing and optimize warehouse workflows
  • Maintain packaging materials and warehouse organization
  • Support recycling and overall facility upkeep
  • Dispatch & Transportation Coordination
  • Coordinate with trucking companies for shipments
  • Maintain dispatch schedules and tracking records
  • Monitor truck arrival, departure, and load efficiency
  • Optimize delivery routes for cost and time efficiency
