Full-Time | Commission + Bonus Potential

Blake Fulenwider Dodge is seeking a driven and customer-focused Internet Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to all internet leads (website and third-party sources)
  • Build and maintain a prospecting pipeline
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text
  • Provide pricing, financing options, and vehicle availability
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles in-person and online
  • Assist customers with credit applications (online and in-store)
  • Follow dealership sales processes and best practices
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, certifications, and market trends
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Qualifications
  • Strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
  • Outgoing, relationship-driven personality (“people person”)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable asking for the sale and closing deals
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, CRM systems)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Steady work history
Requirements
  • Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Must pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
