Salary: $25 - $30 HOURLY

Join our team at Intellistars ABA, where we provide ABA care that lives where the child does. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to work with children with developmental disabilities, providing individualized behavior intervention plans and implementing behavioral strategies to support their growth and development. This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA

  • Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals

  • Assist in developing care plans tailored to individual needs

  • Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions
