Qualifications:  Head Coaches and Asst. Coaches must be a certified teacher or be ASEP or NFHS certified.  Non-district employees will be required to pass a fingerprint background check on an annual basis and may be required to update other onboarding paperwork each year.   
Salary:  Based on Appendix C of the MSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (attached).  The term of employment for non-district employees will be limited to the duration of the sport or extracurricular activity.  Non-district employees may reapply for the coaching or extracurricular position annually.  NOTE:  Our existing 4-year collective bargaining agreement will expire at the end of the 2025-2026 school year and we will be negotiating a new agreement that will begin with the 2026-2027 school year.
