ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2016 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering great service. I'm a proud parent of three kids and a big sports fan, especially baseball. We stay very involved in the community, serving as a leading sponsor for local school athletics and supporting a high school coaching show at a local restaurant.
For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, incentive trips, a 401(k), and a strong focus on work-life balance. We even have an office dog that adds to the fun and welcoming environment.
Our office culture is team-first and supportive. We take care of each other and our customers, and we truly enjoy working together.
