Job description

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem---homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents---onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

The Bank Partner Network Manager will be a key participant in driving the success of Qualia's Bank Partner Network. Reporting to the Director of Banking, you will own day-to-day support of Qualia's bank partnerships, while working in close coordination with Qualia’s internal teams to further key program initiatives. You will also serve as a primary project manager for the technological integrations that connect our bank partners to the Qualia platform. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with disciplined, hands‑on project management, and is comfortable operating at the intersection of banking, technology, and partnerships. If you're looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-growing technology company, then this role may be the right fit for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own day-to-day operational support for Qualia's bank partners and their integrations, in close partnership with Qualia's Director of Banking, who leads the commercial relationships
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Qualia's Bank Partner Network, driving program expansion through enablement of Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams
  • Lead end-to-end project management for bank partner technology integrations — scoping requirements with Product, building integration project plans, sequencing API build phases, tracking milestones and dependencies, and driving accountability across bank partner teams and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations)
  • Define, track, and analyze partnership performance metrics with Go-To-Market, Finance, and Operations, and translate findings into program optimizations
  • Evaluate, plan and execute on field marketing and event-related priorities for Qualia's Bank Partner Network
  • Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership and other key stakeholders on Bank Partner Network performance, integration status, and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates that could influence Qualia's bank partnerships or signal new opportunities within this vertical
  • Represent the company at industry events, including conferences and workshops, to liaison between Qualia internal teams, bank partners and clients
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate integration documentation, partner reporting, and program analysis, and establish best practices for AI-assisted workflows across the team
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience with a background in partnerships, business development, or technical program/project management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology integration projects with external partners—ideally involving banks, financial institutions, or payments/API integrations from scoping through launch
  • Strong command of project management practices and tools (e.g., project plans, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication cadences), with a track record of delivering multi-workstream projects on time
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., large language model assistants, AI-enabled research, analysis, and productivity tools) and demonstrated ability to apply them to improve the speed and quality of program management, analysis, and partner deliverables
  • Experience collaborating closely with strategic partners to successfully launch and/or manage innovative products, services, or programs that deliver strong operational performance alongside sustained revenue growth
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide sound strategic judgment, coupled with a consistent eagerness to engage in hands‑on project management to ensure that objectives are successfully achieved
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate across functions with a broad range of internal teams and external partners, including technical audiences (engineering and product teams at banks and at Qualia)
  • Ability to operate independently, work with minimal supervision, and exercise sound judgment
  • Understanding of banking and real estate/title industries or a desire to learn industry nuances

While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates. We have other physical office locations in San Francisco, California, and Concord, New Hampshire.

WHY QUALIA

Qualia is made up of incredibly bright, mission‑driven coworkers who are passionate about using technology to solve real‑world problems---and we're growing quickly. In order to continue building an engaging and dynamic organization, we're committed to giving everyone the support they need to do great work.

Our benefits package is designed to allow our team members to be their best selves, both in and out of the workplace. In addition to comprehensive health plans, a 401k program, and commuter benefits, we prioritize family and personal well‑being through professional development, parental leave, and a flexible time off policy.
