Branch Supervisor
Summit Staffing is looking for a motivated Branch Supervisor to support the daily operations of our staffing
branch and help drive recruiting, order fulfillment, customer service, and team performance.
The Branch Supervisor works closely with the Branch Manager and serves as a key point of support for the recruiting
team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, comfortable providing direction to others, and able to
keep multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced staffing environment.
What You will Do
Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day branch operations.
Lead daily meetings to review open orders, recruiting priorities, and customer needs.
Provide direction and follow-up to recruiters to help meet fulfillment goals.
Monitor recruiting activity and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Assist with customer communication, staffing needs, attendance issues, and service follow-up.
Help resolve routine operational issues and escalate more complex concerns to the Branch Manager.
Ensure branch documentation, data entry, reporting, and administrative processes are completed accurately and
on time.
Support onboarding, training, and development of branch team members.
Help reinforce accountability, organization, and performance expectations within the branch.
Assist with payroll, timesheet, employment, safety, and customer documentation as needed.
Serve as the immediate backup to the Branch Manager when needed.

Experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, operations, or a related field.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
