Job description

STV is seeking an organized and outgoing Technical Project Assistant - Aviation to assist one of our Aviation clients in Chicago, IL. This position will be fully on site at our client site in Chicago.

Job Responsibilities include:

Office Operations & Facilities

  • Reset conference rooms after meetings (chairs, technology, supplies)
  • Oversee booking, scheduling, and on-site support for ORD Next team
  • Oversee on-site support for large conference rooms, including troubleshooting conflicts
  • Manage space planning and seating assignments, including moves or reconfigurations to support team growth

Technical Assistance

  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Report to and coordinate with the ORD Next team
  • Coordinate Program Management Team (PMT) ORD leadership schedules
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, including ordering meals when necessary
  • Serve as the internal communications hub for ORD Next updates, reminders, and scheduling information

Required Experience:

  • 8 years+ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office atmosphere
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver
  • Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Client-focused and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check

Compensation Range:

$83,978.91 - $95,975.90
