Benefits of the Clerical Admin / Parts Coordinator Position:
  • Medical, Dental amp; Vision Coverage - Plus Medical COPAY Visa!
  • Pay: $21.00/hour. (The Clerical / Administrative Associate position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation range of 20 to 26.)
  • Up to 300 dollar bonus per month based on performance metrics
  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • PTO, Sick Leave and Paid Holidays
  • Company paid Basic Life amp; AD amp;D Insurance
  • Voluntary benefits include: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and pet benefits and insurance.
  • Also including commuter benefits, global emergency assistant services and employee assistance program (EAP)
  • Position is full time - Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch.
Example Responsibilities of the Clerical Administrative / Parts Coordinator:
**Experience in the following areas is a plus but NOT REQUIRED:
  • Computerized check writing
  • Time Card handling
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager amp; Corporate
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
  • Answering customer phone calls
  • Greeting customers in store
  • Check in parts from a variety of vendors
  • Check for damage and part accuracy
  • Receiving invoices
  • Give our customers a ride home
  • Washing cars when needed
  • Some janitorial work
Requirements for the Clerical Admin / Parts Coordinator position:
  • Computer/Typing Abilities
  • Polished telephone and email abilities
  • Customer Service
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Hard Working
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
  • Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
