Job description

The Learning Experience in Riverside, CA is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Floater for its Daycare and Preschool. Candidate must be organized, experienced, detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle multiple and varied responsibilities. Experience working with 6 weeks - 6 year old age group and a minimum of 6 ECE units is preferred. Bachelors or Associates Degree also preferred. Good communication and writing skills, knowledge of Google programs, social media apps and other software and programs are essential.
Responsibilities include running breaks for teachers, filling in for classrooms when teachers call off, closing and/or opening the building, collecting payments from parents, utilizing The Learning Experience proprietary software to clock children in and out of care, creating promotional materials, maintaining the school's database, answering phones, liaising with teachers and staff, providing coverage in the classroom and supporting the Head of School as needed.
