Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support enterprise architecture strategy, standards, governance, and technology solutioning. The role will work closely with the Enterprise Architecture, engineering, and business teams to develop architecture models, maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, and support technology initiatives across cloud, data center, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and communicate enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, principles, and best practices.
  • Maintain information system artifacts and records within the enterprise architecture repository.
  • Manage and configure the enterprise architecture repository system.
  • Develop data diagrams, application diagrams, and network flow diagrams.
  • Capture data architecture and integration architecture for data center and cloud solutions.
  • Assist architecture and engineering teams with technology solution design and architecture decisions.
  • Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and enterprise architecture governance activities.
  • Manage internal document repositories and SharePoint.
  • Prepare reports, architecture documentation, and materials for executive briefings.
  • Develop processes, standards, and guidance documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership on enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Support cloud, cross-cloud, on-premises, and virtual infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
  • 5+ years developing business, application, and technology architecture.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Visio experience.
  • Experience with ArchiMate modeling language.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise architecture models using Microsoft Visio.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience with SDLC, program management, and project management.
  • Experience working as a technical leader on enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Experience with enterprise-level cloud, cross-cloud, on-premises, and virtual infrastructure deployments.
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior staff, technical professionals, and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
  • TOGAF certification.
  • Top Secret Security Clearance desirable but not required.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture repositories.
  • Experience in federal or large enterprise technology environments.
