Job description

Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we're there for pets when they need us most. Our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT)
$26 - $38 per hour | Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus | Flexible Schedules
Why Join Bond Vet?
At Bond Vet, we believe veterinary technicians are the backbone of great medicine. Our clinics are designed so you can practice at the top of your license, focus on patient care, and work alongside a supportive team.
You won't be doing it alone. Our technicians are supported by veterinary assistants, a remote nurse team, and strong medical leadership - so you can spend your time where it matters most: with patients and pet parents.

  • Competitive Pay: $26 - $38 /hour (based on experience)
  • Additional Compensation:
    • Up to $8/hour Shift Differential!
    • Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus
      • When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!
    • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 for licensed technicians
Comprehensive Benefits
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Plans
  • $0 healthcare for qualified individuals
  • Mental health support programs
  • 401(k) with partial employer match
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Pet Bereavement Leave
Professional Growth
  • Up to 100% Tuition Reimbursement for team members pursuing LVT/CVT
  • Up to $1,000 CE Stipend + Additional CE Time Off
Work-Life Balance
  • Schedules released at least one month in advance
  • Flexible Scheduling Options
  • In-Clinic Pet Care Discount
  • Generous Employee Referral Bonus (up to $8,000)
Other PerksAt Bond Vet, we believe the little things matter. We've designed our clinics and team experience to make everyday work life more comfortable, supportive, and fun.
  • A Fur-ever Home Feeling: A welcoming, supportive culture where people-and their pets-truly belong.
  • FIGS Scrubs Provided: Premium FIGS scrubs supplied by us and laundered in-clinic so you can focus on patients, not laundry.
  • Stocked Pantries: Snacks, drinks, and essentials always available to keep you fueled during shifts.
  • Weekend Team Lunch: Free lunch provided for clinic teams on weekends.
  • Stocked Bathrooms: Thoughtful essentials like pads, tampons, deodorant, hair ties, and other toiletries available when you need them.

  • Leadership That Sets Us Apart: Our leaders are hands-on, supportive, and invested in your growth.
What You'll Do
  • Patient handling and husbandry
  • Client education and partnership
  • Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
  • Diagnostic management and medication administration
  • Emergency triage and response
  • Detailed medical record keeping
  • Run appointments alongside assistants
You'll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology - including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro - that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
  • Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
  • CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
