Summary

Learn and grow with the help of a team of agents with decades of experience in the industry as you shadow consultations and full transactions to get a sense of what the business looks like, all while building a business of your own! Come grow with us as a Showing Assistant and Buyer Specialist. We have a proven path and will provide you with the systems, tools, coaching and accountability that ensure success. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships through clear and consistent communication. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate.
