Description
At Corvant, we provide specialty HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical services to mission-critical commercial and industrial environments. Our teams support essential facilities across data centers, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and education.
We deliver end-to-end solutions across the facility lifecycle, including design, prefabrication, installation, controls integration, and ongoing service. As one of the fastest-growing platforms in our space, we are focused on operational excellence, technical expertise, and building a high-performing team.
Corvant is looking for a Content Developer to join our growing Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and design: someone who can sit down with stakeholders and leaders across the company, pull out the stories worth telling, and turn them into polished, on-brand content across print, digital, and social channels. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, who currently owns all marketing for the company, to help meet a fast-growing volume of content and design needs across our regions and divisions. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who loves producing great content and design work, wants to help shape the voice of a growing brand, and is energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Write and produce high-quality content including newsletter articles, blog posts, case studies, project profiles and internal communications.
• Design marketing and communications collateral: flyers, brochures, presentation decks, signage, trade show booth designs, banners and backdrops.
• Develop and manage social media content that supports brand awareness, business development and recruiting efforts across the company.
• Write and optimize blog and web content for SEO, AEO, and GEO to strengthen our organic visibility and search performance.
• Support the rebranding of legacy company materials and collateral into a consistent, unified Corvant brand across all regions.
• Maintain brand standards and consistency across all print and digital materials, working within established brand guidelines.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing operations and special projects as the department continues to grow.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format across audiences and channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Adobe Express is a plus.
• Experience with Canva and other design/content tools for fast-turnaround projects.
• Hands-on experience managing social media content and channels.
• Videography, animation, and/or video editing experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content development/optimization.
• Regularly interact with company stakeholders and leaders to receive and address feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency and quality.
• Highly organized self-starter who thrives on producing a high volume of content in a fast-moving, growing company.
What Success Looks Like
You're a go-getter who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and producing a steady stream of well-designed, well-versed content. You're comfortable talking to people across the company to collaborate on great stories, and you take pride in the craft, whether that's a polished trade show backdrop, a sharp LinkedIn post, or a blog article that ranks. You help Corvant tell its story with consistency and quality as we continue to grow and expand our reach.
