JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst

Description:

Finance Analyst assists Finance Managers with business operations to provide financial insight through actionable business analytics, business planning, and fact-based recommendations that will assist the company to achieve its strategic goals and priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep confidential the information of the company
    Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
  • Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and communicate key drivers to management
  • Help develop and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and business leaders to understand performance drivers
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting through preparation of financial and management reports
  • Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, capital investments, and cash flow
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools
  • Evaluate business performance and identify areas for margin expansion or cost optimization
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis to support key business initiatives and projects
    Help to improve and streamline financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Prepare presentations and materials for executive and stakeholder review
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain integrity of financial information

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High moral and ethical standards
  • Effectively communicate financial information and understand the activities of non-financial functions
