This position offers hands-on exposure to investment analysis, financial modeling, portfolio management, investor relations, acquisitions, real estate development, fund operations, and capital raising.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional back-office analyst role.

The Alternative Investment Analyst will work directly with senior investment professionals and gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle. On any given day, you may analyze investment opportunities, build financial models, assist with investor communications, support acquisition due diligence, coordinate with property managers, track development projects, or help manage investment funds.
