Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA)

SkyCare ABA is a Collaborative and innovative ABA pediatric therapy agency that is looking for an experienced BCBA to join our dynamic team of committed and dedicated professionals as an Assistant Clinical Director.

This Assistant Clinical Director opportunity represents a leadership role designed for an experienced BCBA ready to support clinical excellence, and help shape the future of ABA care within a supportive and forward-thinking organization. Our mission is changing children's lives, one child at a time! We Offer a $5,000.00 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
