Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant & Analyst to support senior leadership within a fast-paced technology and operations environment. This high-visibility role combines executive administrative support, operational coordination, vendor and contract administration, and project support responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is someone who can operate independently with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities effectively, and thrive in complex, dynamic environments. This role offers strong exposure to enterprise operations, leadership collaboration, procurement processes, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative, operational, or office coordination experience
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams, Slack, and Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
