DESCRIPTION
Looking for a fast-paced leadership role in a positive, team-oriented environment?
We're hiring an energetic and dependable Shift Leader who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while supporting and guiding a team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in customer service and hospitality leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the team during shifts and set the standard for energy and professionalism
  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding service
  • Serve gelato and create custom gelato roses with a spatula (full training provided)
  • Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes while keeping the team organized
  • Support, motivate, and coach team members during service
  • Handle transactions accurately and oversee cash procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures

Schedule Requirements
Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with closing shifts ending around midnight.
  • Flexible availability is required
  • Must be available evenings and weekends
  • Must have availability through September

This role is ideal for someone who can commit to a regular part-time schedule and takes their work responsibilities seriously.

  • Follow and maintain Amorino's cash handling procedures, as well as handle accounting for store opening and closing
  • Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines with care
  • Ability to kindly and calmly handle staff and customer concerns
  • Great leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively between staff and management
  • Ability to train new team members
