Role Overview:

Could you be our next Executive Assistant? American Income Life is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team!

This role is responsible for overall office management, creating reports, reviewing expenses, coordinating meetings, scheduling travel arrangements, and securing event registrations. The position also serves as a direct point of contact for top-level executives both internally and externally, while managing a variety of regular daily and monthly tasks.

This is a hybrid position located in Waco, TX. (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).

What You Will Do:

  • Manage overall office operations and daily/monthly tasks
  • Create reports and conduct expense reviews
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event registrations
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for top-level executives internally and externally

What You Can Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of office experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and service-minded mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and spelling accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel
