Job description

Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
The Amazon Leo team is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to support Directors in Product Development

This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with strong ambiguity and show grace under pressure.
Key job responsibilities
Management of complex calendar and scheduling
Coordinating travel to domestic and international locations
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Management of team space, including office moves and reconfigurations
Management of highly confidential information
This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S

Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
A day in the life
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on pending items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Drive key team activities such as staff meeting agendas, off-sites, and all-org meetings
Space planning
Travel coordination and expense reimbursement
Management of special projects as needed
Have fun at work and help others do the same
