As an Auto Glass Technician (AGT), you’ll play a hands-on role in high-quality auto glass installation, rock chip repairs, and more—all while learning the trade from the best in the business. A Day in the Life of an Auto Glass Technician:

Each day starts with a careful inspection of customer vehicles for any pre-existing damage, which you’ll review with the customer. From there, you’ll complete windshield replacements and rock chip repairs using specialized tools and safety protocols. Whether in the shop or on mobile calls, you’ll vacuum up broken glass, reattach parts like moldings and wipers, and conduct a final inspection before returning the vehicle to the customer. You’ll keep records up to date, assist customers with payment and insurance processes, and work closely with the call center team to resolve any order issues. Maintaining a clean, organized shop and company vehicle is also part of the role.

Qualifications:
  • Mechanical aptitude
