Key Responsibilities

  • Field Support & Troubleshooting: Assist in inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing complex mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, hydraulics) and electrical equipment on client sites.
  • Power Distribution & Controls: Support commissioning and maintenance tasks on power delivery equipment, switchgear, motors, and control panels under expert supervision.
  • Reliability & Continuous Improvement: Collect operational data, analyze equipment failure trends, and help implement predictive maintenance strategies to boost asset longevity.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary technical contact on-site, documenting service reports, explaining root-cause findings, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to field safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical hazard guidelines, and site-specific rules.
