Location: Hopkins, Minnesota
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise-level applications using the .NET Framework and .NET Core. The ideal candidate will have a background in backend development and experience working with distributed teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with offshore development teams.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Attend meetings during offshore hours to ensure alignment with global teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database design. Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Azure cloud services, Visual Studio, and Web Services/APIs.
Methodologies: Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Work Environment
This position requires experience working with geographically distributed teams.
