Position Overview:

Join the Bearforce as a strategic, detailed product professional who excels at driving efficient, end-to-end product creation processes. As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing Stanley 1913 products from concept to market. Working closely with Product Management, Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Packaging, and Commercialization teams, you'll help keep seasonal product initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward. This role is responsible for supporting the operational execution of the product creation process, ensuring product information is accurate, timelines are maintained, and cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout development.

This is a 6 month temporary assignment located in Seattle, WA with regular in office presence.

What You'll Do

  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine product creation workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and speed to market.
  • Project Leadership: Complete process blueprinting the end-to-end development lifecycle for seasonal product lines, including achievements, timelines, and launch readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Creation and Commercialization cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and process priorities. Provide training and guidance to functional teams.
  • System Management: Oversee Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to track product data, timelines, and dependencies. Support Centric PLM utilization and enhancements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics and systems use to report progress to collaborators and enable enterprise dashboard reporting

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product development, product management support, merchandising, or commercialization within consumer hard or soft goods.
  • Experience using PLM systems (Centric preferred) to manage product data, lifecycle milestones, and seasonal product information. Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting products through the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization and launch.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Experience collaborating across Product Management, Design, Development, Sourcing, Packaging, and Commercialization teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting seasonal product creation calendars and commercialization activities.
  • Experience working with global sourcing, manufacturing, or development partners.
  • Experience in outdoor, sporting goods, apparel, footwear, accessories, or other consumer product industries.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
