must have preop and pacu phase 1 and phase 2 please provide a list of which hospitals and how often preop experience. Number of ORs: 4 ORโ€™S and 1 Endoscopy Suite Staff will rotate through PreOp and PACU (Phase 1 & Phase 2) areas Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Yes Case Types: GYN General Robotics: Bariatric, Prostate, Hernia, Gallbladder, Hysterectomy Urology Ortho Ortho/Spine Podiatry Plastics Cataracts ENT ENDO: Colon, EGD, ERCP, Bronchoscopy Pre-op: 1:3 or 1:4, depending on acuity Phase 1: 1:2 Phase I2: 1:4 RN: BLS, ACLS, PALS Will be discussed during interview with manager EMR: Epic IV pumps: Alaris Medication dispensing: Omnicell Patient Ratio: Required Licensure and Certifications: Skills required: Technology/Equipment: Floating: Will float throughout the unit โ€“ Preop, PACU - Phase 1 and Phase 2 Orientation: How many days are given? 3 orientation days Scheduling: Weekend rotation: On call requirement: Friday night and weekend call; approximately every 8-10 weekends Holiday Expectations?
