SCA Administrative Assistant

Program Summary:

Job Summary:

KBR is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant in support of the U.S. Navy /Air Force CYP CCTV with Access Control Lifecycle Support Service program. A successful candidate must have a solid history of functioning in a team environment, being a self-starter, working independently with limited instruction, and meeting critical demands.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist project manager with ongoing project administrative duties.
  • Update the web-based maintenance management system preventative maintenance checklists, stakeholders' updates, and asset tracking.
  • Review team's travel expenses and timesheets for accuracy.
  • Provide backup for OCONUS travel submissions APACS /LOA requests and SPOT.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree in business or computer science or High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Four (4) years with degree or Eight (8) years with HS/GED; experience to include: word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting
    management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, brief preparation, read milestone schedules and send and receive emails.
  • Two (2) years of work experience shall be within DoD. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
  • No clearance. A successful candidate will be subject to a background investigation.

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 hours. 8am-4pm or 9am 5pm
