Main responsibilities:
  • Position Summary

    The Assistant Store Director supports the Store Director in the overall leadership, operation, and performance of the store. This position assists in driving sales, profitability, customer service, operational excellence, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Store Director serves as a leader and role model for all associates and helps develop future store leaders.

    Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Performance

    • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure an efficient and profitable business.
    • Support execution of company initiatives, merchandising programs, and operational objectives.
    • Monitor store conditions to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are maintained.

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Lead, coach, and develop department managers and store associates.
