- Plans and executes company designed AP and EHS program within assigned area and scope.
- Plans, develops, and executes short- and long-term strategies to protect people, the environment, and company assets, including physical security infrastructure, operational excellence, and loss elimination.
- Coordinates and maintains partnerships with all company departments to positively impact Asset Protection and Safety metrics.
- Develops, implements, and ensures completion of high-quality training to support loss elimination and injury prevention.
- Evaluates operational processes for areas of opportunity and shrink elimination and develops plans to mitigate losses.
- Establishes standards and performance expectations for asset protection and injury prevention goals.
- Identifies theft and fraud activity within the field and partners with management to resolve cases .
- Manages a team of Asset Protection and Safety Professionals, including performance management, coaching, and development.
- Attends incident review calls, ensures corrective actions are completed in partnership with DC Leadership, and develops action plans when goals are not met.

- Solutions require analysis and investigation.
- Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
- Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
