You’ll partner closely with the Restaurant General Manager to run the restaurant, develop future leaders, and support a mission that goes far beyond the counter. Leadership here means taking ownership, building others up, and serving something bigger than subs.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the operation by supporting daily restaurant performance and ensuring Firehouse Subs standards are met
  • Deliver great guest experiences by guiding teams to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment
  • Develop your people by coaching Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, building skills, and strengthening performance
  • Support profitability by managing inventory, placing and receiving orders, maintaining restaurant assets, and following cash control and security procedures


What You’ll Bring

  • At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
