Job Summary:

The Principal Product Manager will lead the planning and coordination of strategic product initiatives to enhance Adobe’s technology solutions for Enterprises and Agencies, focusing on building a connected content supply chain experience.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and coordination of strategic product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy, innovation, and strategic investment
• Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, other product teams and sales to align on product vision, strategy, GTM, pricing & packaging and business priorities
• Deliver high-quality products that address unmet user needs and mitigate business viability, value, feasibility, and usability risks, ultimately to ensure customers can realize value as quickly as possible
• Cultivate a user-centric and agentic approach to product development, incorporating user feedback, concept testing, and usability testing into an iterative development process
• Develop and socialize a comprehensive product roadmap aligned to the vision of Adobe GenStudio
• Assist in enablement for sales, support and consulting teams in how to sell, troubleshoot and use the new technology being developed
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5 years product management experience
• Experience in agency, marketing and creative workflows and the enterprise software landscape that solves these needs
• Experience developing enterprise-level software-as-a-service
• Hands-on experience and background in the content supply chain business process across planning, workflow, creation and production, asset management, experience delivery and reporting
• A pragmatic leader with a growth mindset, willing to drive both strategy and fast paced execution
• Ability to establish a case, validate a hypothesis, and grow features from inception to market scalability
• Hands-on experience in agentic workflows, vibe-coding your own product mockups and validating with internal teams and customers
• A passion for constant optimization and improvement, combined with a steady focus on customer experience
• Proven success influencing peers across cross-functional teams in a high matrixed and global organization environment
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
