As an Asset Management Analyst, you drive value creation across Sunrise's operating and development portfolios by delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.What You'll Do: Analyze community and portfolio financial performance Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning Build financial models for acquisitions, developments, and partnerships Evaluate labor, rate, and expense trends to improve margins and RevPAR Assist with underwriting, proformas, and investment analysis Benchmark operating and capital performance across assets Contribute to M&A activity and new management contract evaluations Prepare presentations for ownership groups and senior leadership Conduct market research and competitive analysis Collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and Development teamsYou help transform data into actionable strategies that enhance asset performance and long-term growth.What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field 2+ years experience in finance, asset management, or FP&A Strong financial modeling and underwriting skills Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or planning systems preferred) Ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly Highly organized with strong attention to detailAsset Management Analyst - Support Strategic Portfolio Decisions Asset Management Analyst | Real Estate Portfolio | Financial Analysis
Pay Range:62,500.00 - 96,100.00
