What you will Do:
Operations analyst supports management of order booking and revenue recognition. Primary responsibility includes SAP order creation and country specific ERP tasks related to projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining projects in SAP.
  • Set children WBS and SO for HW, SW and SVS.
  • Assist billing team with invoicing. Create cancel/rebill WF's if needed (understand country specific rules for cancelling invoices, etc)
  • Request invoices and credit notes, support PM / SM
  • Ensure orders are setup for IBS process for billing (internal orders).
  • Regional country Specific Tax invoicing support - point of contact with Tax Team
  • Understand rev rec lag rules for recognizing revenue each quarter (Ship Dates Vs Rev Rec Dates)
  • Drive resolution with SM/ PM's to correct project defects

Qualifications:
  • Degree in relevant field (Business, Finance).
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in Purchasing operations.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining projects in SAP.
  • Familiarity with MS office applications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Location: Longmont, CO or Remote in USA for qualified candidate (Mountain time zone preferred)
Compensation Type: Competitive wages. Position also qualifies for benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(K), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Status: Full-Time Exempt
Work Experience
  • Degree in relevant field (Business, Finance).

Pay Range: $65000 to $75000 a year
