The Asset Management Analyst will embrace our company values of accountability, inclusiveness, energizing and courageousness.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the oversight and monitoring of the performance of a diverse multifamily portfolio; including, but not limited to, development and maintenance of performance monitoring models, hold/sell analyses, and real estate tax appeal tracking.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with ability to travel and frequently work extended hours.
