Position Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you'll play a pivotal role in helping children with autism develop essential skills and achieve their goals. The RBT will follow individualized behavior intervention plans in direct therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs. Through compassionate care and evidence-based practices, you'll create a supportive environment where children can thrive and learn effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care in group or one-on-one settings, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Completion of 40+ hours of paid training on property.
  • Ability to pass the RBT competency assessment and exam.
  • Clear employment eligibility through E-Verify
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent time management abilities.

Pay Transparency:
Starting wages: $22-24 per hour dependent on ABA experience and certification.
Work Schedule:
This position is for full-time hours, M-F, 30+ hours within the 8.15am-5.45pm work schedule.
