Job description

The Production Assembly position is responsible for assembly linework associated with the company's various product lines. This includes allpositions within the assembly, sub-assembly, and component build work centers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meetdaily/weekly production goals.
Readand follow operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.
Self-checkwork and inspect prior processes.
Learn,retain, and rotate through all assembly skills in the assigned product line.
Collaboratewith manufacturing & cross-functional teams (engineering, materials,purchasing, sales)
Performrework when necessary.
Completeall required forms and documentation.
Maintaina clean and safe 5S work area.
Usebasic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools correctly.
Applyfeedback from Supervisor and/or Team Lead.
Initiateand support process-improvement ideas.
Workin proximity with customers when required.
Trainother employees when needed.
Anyother jobs/duties given by supervisor/manager.
