ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATE INSERTS DEPARTMENT
Location: Johnstown, Ohio
Starting Pay: $17.60 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM
Mandatory overtime is currently required on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 AM11:00 AM.
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates for the Inserts Department of a leading rubber tire patch manufacturer in Johnstown, Ohio.
In this position, you will assemble tire repair products while meeting quality, accuracy, and production standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble rubber tire repair inserts and related products according to work instructions.
Inspect parts for quality and identify defects before packaging.
Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
Meet production quotas while maintaining quality standards.
Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools as needed.
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are required.
Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
