Position Summary:
The Assembly Associate is responsible for the assembly and testing of engines, sub-assemblies and kits using documented procedures and policies at our manufacturing facility in Waukesha.
Typical Duties/Essential Job Functions:
- Learns and follows plant safety requirements
- Assembles product according to engineering assembly instructions and drawings to meet Quality requirements
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Perform all assembly-related functions as required with hand and/or power tools
- Works in a manner that meets plant delivery and productivity goals
- Ability to operate overhead crane
- Clean and Paint parts as required using Wash Tank and Paint Booth equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ability to work independently and recognize opportunities to contribute
- Complete inventory and job transactions in Company MRP System
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Actively challenge existing processes to drive simplification and improvement
- Support the organization by performing cross-functional ad hoc assignments as requested

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Physically able to lift and handle 35 lbs.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Good verbal and written skills to communicate with Leadership
- 2 Years of Mechanical Assembly
