Spherion is partnering with a fast-growing Industrial company that manufactures custom electronics in SLC, UT and we're looking for a motivated and reliable electrical assemblers to join their team!

About the Role
As an electronics production assembler, you will be assembling and installing computer and server components using small hand tools, part placement mounting components into cases and cabinets.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (close to the airport)
All shifts are on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule of 12 hour shifts.
Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assemble computer/server components with precision using small tools
- Interpret diagrams and patterns to ensure accurate assembly
- Mount and secure assembled components to boards, units, and cases
- Install finished assemblies and subassemblies into cases and cabinets
- Attach hardware components (e.g., caps, clamps, knobs, switches) to assemblies
- Properly handle and install polarized and non-polarized components in designated locations
- Conduct online testing and inspection to ensure assemblies meet production specifications and standards
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Proficiency in operating manual and automated equipment, including setup and troubleshooting
- Strong comprehension skills to interpret and execute moderately complex instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation
