Manufacturing / Production Operator

Burgaflex USA, headquartered in Fenton, Michigan, is a growing manufacturing company specializing in high quality hose and tube assemblies for AC and heating systems used in heavytrucks, agriculture equipment, and construction vehicles. As we continue expanding, we are urgently hiring motivated individuals who are ready to grow their careers in manufacturing and production.

We have three locations -- all near Flint!

Whether you already have experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Assembly, Production Associate, Factory Worker, or Warehouse Associate — or you are looking to break into the manufacturing industry — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

● Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently

● Assist with assembly production and quality inspections

● Follow work instructions and production schedules

● Maintain a clean and organized factory environment

● Work alongside team members to meet daily manufacturing goals

● Support warehouse and production operations as needed

● Identify and report any production or equipment issues

What We’re Looking For

● Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, factory, or warehouse environmentspreferred

● Experience as a machine operator or production operator is a plus

● Strong attention to detail and reliability

● Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
