In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 40-50 production associates, guiding them to achieve top-tier results in safety, quality, and productivity. If you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and have a knack for process improvement, lean manufacturing, and developing talent, we invite you to help us drive our assembly operations to the next level.This is a Direct Hire/permanent job opportunity, you will be eligible for full benefits and PTO package at the company. Shifts Available:

  • Monday – Thursday    6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Monday – Thursday    6:00 PM-4:30 AM  
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday    6:00 AM-6:30 PM

salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operations within the Press Department across multiple shifts.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and production associates.
  • Drive departmental performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and other lean manufacturing practices.
  • Establish and monitor production goals, efficiency targets, scrap reduction initiatives, SPM, and other key operational metrics.
  • Identify safety concerns, production challenges, and delivery risks while implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Evaluate leadership performance and identify training and professional development opportunities.
  • Prepare and present operational updates, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
