TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) to hire Production Team Members in Ellabell, GA!

In this role, you will work in an automotive manufacturing environment performing production and assembly-related tasks to meet safety, quality, and production goals at Hyundai Motor Groups first dedicated EV mass-production facility.

State-of-the-Art EV Manufacturing Facility

Shift Details:

1st Shift: 6:00am 2:30pm (MondayFriday)

$20.07/hour with time and a half pay for overtime (40+ hours.)

Responsibilities:

Perform production and assembly work to meet quality and production standards

Rotate between tasks and operate hand/power tools and production equipment

Inspect products for quality and report or correct defects

Ability to be cross trained on various stations of the automotive build process

Strong English communication skills

Reliable attendance and flexibility with job rotation and overtime

Adhere to all safety guidelines - Safety First Mindset!

Be a reliable team player who is able to navigate a changing fast paced working environment.

Work in a modern climate controlled and highly automated environment (comfortable around machinery)

Participate in ongoing training programs to master the manufacturing process.

Maintain proper, clean, and safe working environment.

Physical Requirements:

Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Lift, push, or pull up to 2530 lbs

Comfortable working in hot, noisy environments with PPE.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
