Job description

Position Overview

ESI Total Fuel Management is seeking a Production Technician to join our growing team supporting mission critical data center infrastructure and fuel resiliency systems.

This role is responsible for assisting with mechanical and electrical assembly, product testing, quality control, facility maintenance, and production support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with mechanical and electrical assembly of production systems and equipment
  • Perform product testing, inspections, and quality control evaluations
  • Operate and maintain production tools and machinery
  • Read and interpret engineering and mechanical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
  • Assemble, test, calibrate, clean, and polish finished products and assemblies
  • Sand and paint parts when necessary
  • Maintain production logs and related documentation
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve production processes
  • Support implementation of production quality control procedures
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Assist with training new employees on production procedures and safety standards
  • Report production or equipment issues to management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical school certification or associate degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
