What you'll do:
Production & Assembly
  • Assemble building components according to work orders, production specifications, and engineering drawings
  • Measure, cut, fasten, and prepare lumber and other materials for production
  • Operate saws, production equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Assist with manufacturing activities to support production schedules and customer demand

Material Handling & Logistics
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
  • Stage materials and finished products for production, storage, or shipment
  • Support inventory organization and material flow activities as needed

Quality Control
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Verify measurements, specifications, and workmanship standards
  • Identify and report quality concerns, damaged materials, or production issues

Safety & Housekeeping
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Safely operate tools, machinery, and production equipment
  • Report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns promptly

Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve production goals
