Job Title: Equipment Assembly & Production Support Technician

We are looking for an Equipment Assembly Associate to join our growing team!


JOB PURPOSE

The Equipment Assembly & Production Support Technician will build, assemble, wire, test, and document industrial equipment and mechanical systems while also supporting the material staging and NetSuite workflow steps required to keep equipment builds moving efficiently.

This role is hands-on and production-focused, with responsibility for completing equipment builds and supporting the process flow behind each build. The ideal candidate will be mechanically and electrically inclined, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn the systems and workflows needed to support accurate production execution.


SCHEDULE

• Regular Work Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST


JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

  • Build and assemble equipment according to established manufacturing guidelines, drawings, work orders, and production plans.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical assembly, including wiring, mounting components, assembling mechanical systems, and integrating industrial controls.
  • Work with and assemble motors, fans, blowers, relays, timers, PLCs, and other industrial controls, as well as related mechanical systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality during the assembly process.
  • Conduct and document product performance testing to verify functionality and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Pull, stage, move, and organize materials required for equipment builds to ensure components are available before and during assembly.
  • Learn and execute NetSuite workflows related to work orders, inventory movement, material consumption, build completion, and production documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
  • Complete new employee and annual safety training.
  • Clean up work area according to procedures.
  • Follow 5S methodology.
  • Participate in quality and continuous improvement efforts
