Leonard’s Syrups is a family owned and operated business that employs over one hundred employees.  We have been in business since 1964, starting with manufacturing Soda syrups and continuing to grow the company by adding services which are related to this core competency.  These other companies include installing and Servicing bar equipment, servicing the soda systems, and supporting our customers with CO2 to use for their systems.

Production Associate – Detroit Michigan

We are looking for an attentive Production Associate to ensure that the equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and is being used in a safe manner. The Production Associate is also responsible for evaluating the quality of end products.

What We Are Looking For

  • Operating machinery and equipment: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery and equipment, including assembly lines, automated systems, and specialized tools. Follow standard operating procedures to maintain safe, efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks and inspections on products or materials to ensure they meet established standards. Identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications. Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve issues and maintain product integrity.
  • Assembly and Production: Assemble components or parts according to specific instructions or blueprints. Follow standardized work procedures to ensure accurate and efficient production. Monitor the production line, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity.
