Production Assembler / Rework Technician
Temp-to-Hire | Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment

Are you mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools? We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Production Assembler / Rework Technician to join a special project team. This is a hands-on production role focused on disassembling, modifying, reassembling, and packaging products while maintaining quality and production standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience who enjoy working with tools and staying busy throughout the day.
Pay Rate of the Production Associate:
$18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
Schedule of the Production Associate:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
  • Disassemble and reassemble products as part of a specialized rework project
  • Use hand and power tools including drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and other assembly equipment
  • Follow established work instructions and quality standards
  • Perform assembly and rework tasks in a fast-paced production environment
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the process
  • Stage materials and finished products for production and shipment
  • Package completed products for distribution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team
Qualifications of the Production Associate:
  • Prior assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience required
  • Experience using hand and power tools, particularly drills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
