What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI. You'll get to:

  • General Plant Star knowledge.
  • Understands and operates weight scale, boxing indexers, and automated baggers.
  • Understands work orders.
  • Visually inspects parts for various defects and occasionally required to instruct others in performing operations.
  • Inform QA, Supervisors and Process Techs when issues arise.
  • Labels and packages.
  • Remove bins as they fill and contact Material Handler to move completed bins to Weigh Pack area.
  • Extra checks on two shot molding jobs
  • Restock supplies for the oncoming shift.
  • Maintains housekeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.
