Job description

Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The Production Associate position involves manufacturing reagents following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key responsibilities include weighing, mixing, filling, packaging, and maintaining accurate records. The role also requires maintaining the production area and all associated equipment in good condition.

Responsibilities

  • Fill cubitainers, bottles, or pouches, perform kit assembly and packaging, manage packaging equipment, and ensure proper labeling based on the product being manufactured.
  • Complete documentation thoroughly and accurately at each stage of production.
  • Maintain accountability and traceability of non-inventory production items.
  • Perform production operations efficiently to meet the production schedule and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Conduct rework procedures as required by established SOPs.
  • Keep the production plant and equipment clean and orderly on an ongoing basis.
  • Participate in the yearly inventory count.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with assembly, production assembly, manufacturing, and handling hand tools and test equipment.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
